PPCleaner

This program lets you delete all contacts, calendar items and tasks on your Pocket PC or Smartphone (Smartphone version soon to come). Removing the connection to an Exchange server or account only removes the synchronized.

However, if you are using an Exchange server then please remove the connection to it in ActiveSync.

Installation
Pocket PC: Copy the downloaded exe-file to your PPC and run it.
